About the Journal

The Journal of Advances in Social Sciences (ISSN 3105-899X [Print], 3105-9007 [Online]), sponsored by the Asia-Pacific Social Innovation Research Institute (APSIRI), is a bimonthly international, peer-reviewed, and open-access academic journal. The journal is led by an Academician serving as Editor-in-Chief, with an Editorial Board composed of distinguished scholars from leading universities and research institutions worldwide, as well as representatives from diverse industry sectors. This governance structure ensures the journal’s academic authority and foresight, while strengthening its capacity to promote scholarly exchange and facilitate the translation of research into practice.

Aims and Scope

With the aim of fostering the dissemination and cooperation of interdisciplinary research, JASS welcomes research contributions from various fields within the social sciences, including but not limited to sociology, economics, management, education, psychology, anthropology, political science, cultural studies, communication studies, and public policy. Article types include, but are not limited to, empirical studies, theoretical discussions, case analyses, and literature reviews.

As an international platform connecting academia, industry, and policy, JASS is committed to advancing cross-regional, cross-disciplinary, and cross-sectoral collaboration, promoting the creation, dissemination, and application of knowledge in the social sciences, and contributing to addressing global challenges and the realization of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
